Primary antibodies of Bax and Bcl-2 were purchased from Cell Signaling Technology Inc. (San Francisco, CA, USA). Anti-NLRP1 and anti-BK antibody were purchased from Abcam (San Francisco, CA, USA). Primary antibodies of caspase-1, activated-caspase-3, ASC, IL-1β, and IL-18 were purchased from Santa Cruz Biotechnology (Santa Cruz, CA, USA). Horseradish peroxidase-conjugated secondary antibodies were purchased from Santa Cruz Biotechnology (Santa Cruz, CA, USA). Other general agents were commercially available.
