Check if the same lab product or an alternative is used in the 5 most similar protocols
Total RNA was isolated using Trizol (Invitrogen) according to the manufacturer’s instructions. For quantitative reverse transcription PCR (qRT–PCR) analysis, 1 μg of total RNA was reverse transcribed to cDNA using the Transcriptor First-Strand cDNA Synthesis kit (Fermentas). qRT–PCR was performed in triplicate with aa MxPro3000 and SYBR GreenERqPCR mix (Invitrogen). For qPCR analysis CFX96 Real-Time PCR Detection System (BioRad, Hercules, CA, USA) was employed using RNA expression of target genes relative to β-actin was quantified by 2ΔΔCT method. The relative amount of specific mRNA was normalized to β-actin in each sample. Primer pairs are listed in Supplementary Table 1.

About PubCompare

Our mission is to provide scientists with the largest repository of trustworthy protocols and intelligent analytical tools, thereby offering them extensive information to design robust protocols aimed at minimizing the risk of failures.

We believe that the most crucial aspect is to grant scientists access to a wide range of reliable sources and new useful tools that surpass human capabilities.

However, we trust in allowing scientists to determine how to construct their own protocols based on this information, as they are the experts in their field.
