Clone 1c10

Manufactured by BioLegend

Clone 1C10 is a monoclonal antibody that recognizes the human CD8 antigen. CD8 is a glycoprotein expressed on the surface of cytotoxic T cells and a subset of natural killer cells. The clone 1C10 antibody can be used for the identification and enumeration of CD8+ T cells by flow cytometry.

Optimizing B Cell Class Switching

Check if the same lab product or an alternative is used in the 5 most similar protocols
B cells were isolated with the EasySep Mouse B cell isolation kit (Stem Cell Technology, Canada) from total splenocytes. To induce CSR from IgM to IgG1 or IgE, B cells (5×105−1×106 cells/ mL) were activated with 1 μg/mL anti-CD40 clone 1C10, Biolegend) and rmIL-4 (10 ng/mL, Peprotech). For IgG3 and IgG2b switching, B cells were activated with 25 ug/mL of LPS from E. coli O55:B5 (Sigma, St. Louis, MO) and 10 ng/mL rmIL-4 at 37°C 5% CO 2. For IgA and IgG1 switching, B cells were activated with anti-CD40 (1 μg/mL, clone 1C10, Biolegend), rmIL-4 (10 ng/mL, Peprotech), rmIL-5 (10ng/mL, Peprotech), and rhTGFβ (1 ng/mL).

Class Switch Recombination in CH12 Cells

Check if the same lab product or an alternative is used in the 5 most similar protocols
For CSR from IgM to IgA in CH12 cell line, cells were plated at a density of 50X103 per mL of media and stimulated with anti-CD40 (1 μg/mL, clone 1C10, Biolegend), rmIL-4 (10 ng/mL, Peprotech), and rhTGFβ (1 ng/mL) (CIT) for 72 hours or the indicated time-points.

About PubCompare

Our mission is to provide scientists with the largest repository of trustworthy protocols and intelligent analytical tools, thereby offering them extensive information to design robust protocols aimed at minimizing the risk of failures.

We believe that the most crucial aspect is to grant scientists access to a wide range of reliable sources and new useful tools that surpass human capabilities.

However, we trust in allowing scientists to determine how to construct their own protocols based on this information, as they are the experts in their field.
