All materials were used as received without further purification. The organic halide salts (FAI, MAI and phenylethylammonium iodide (PEAI) with purity of >99%) were purchased from GreatCell Solar Materials. PEDOT-PSS aqueous solution (Al 4083) was purchased from Heraeus Clevios. PbI2 (99.99%, trace metals basis) and PbBr2 (99.99%, trace metals basis) were purchased from TCI. SnI2 (99.999%, trace metals basis) was purchased from Alfa Aesar. SnF2 (99%), tin powders (<150 μm, 99.5%), CsI (99.999%), DMF (99.8% anhydrous), DMSO (99.9% anhydrous), formamidine sulfinic acid (FSA, ≥98%), chlorobenzene (99.8% anhydrous) were purchased from Sigma-Aldrich. The C60 was purchased from Nano-C. N4,N4 ′di(naphthalen-1-yl)-N4,N4 ′ -bis(4-vinylphenyl) biphenyl-4,4 ′ -diamine (VNPB, >95%) was purchased from Lumtec.

The following materials were used: formamidinium
iodide (Sigma, >99%), PbI2 (Sigma, 99%), phenylethylammonium
iodide (Greatcell Solar Materials), anhydrous dimethylformamide (99.8%,
Acros), dimethylsulfoxide (99.7%, Acros), acetone (99.6%, Acros),
chlorobenzene (99.8%, Acros), isopropanol (99.5%, Acros), and d5-FAI (Cortecnet, 85% CD deuterated, 90% ND2 deuterated). d4-FAI and d3-PEAI were prepared by dissolving in heavy
water (1:40 mol/mol ratio), followed by evaporation. This yielded
∼50 and ∼70% deuterium on the FAI and PEAI, respectively.

CR), Tetrabutyl titanate (C16H36O4Ti, 98%), and hydrochloric acid (HCl 36–38%) were obtained
from Sinopharm Chemical Regent Co. Tin chloride (SnCl4,
98%) was purchased from McLean. Methylammonium iodide (MAI, 99.8%),
formamidinium iodide (FAI, 99.5%), methylammonium chloride (MACl,
99.9%), and lead iodide (PbI2, 99.99%) were purchased from
Xi’an Polymer Light Technology Corp. N,N-dimethylformamide (DMF, 99.9%), dimethyl sulfoxide (DMSO,
99.9%), and isopropanol (IPA, ≥99.7%) were purchased from Sigma-Aldrich.
Phenylethylammonium iodide (PEAI, 98%) were obtained from Greatcell
solar. Low temperature carbon paste was purchased from Shanghai MaterWin
New Materials Co.
