Establishment of p62-knockdown cell lines

Human cholangiocarcinoma cell lines HuCCT1, RBE, QBC939, and HCCC‐9810 were purchased from the Cell Bank of Type Culture Collection of Chinese Academy of Sciences and cultured in the RPMI‐1640 medium (HyClone) supplemented with 10% fetal bovine serum (Gibco). QBC939 and HCCC‐9810 cells were transfected with lentivirus vectors encoding short hairpin RNA (shRNA) targeting p62 (shp62) or negative control vectors (shCtrl) (Genechem) in the light of the manufacturer's directions, and stable cell lines with p62 knockdown were selected with 4ug/mL puromycin incubation for 14 days. Cholangiocarcinoma Tissue and Cell Line Protocol
