Anti human cd3 bv510
Anti-human CD3-BV510 is a fluorochrome-conjugated monoclonal antibody that binds to the CD3 antigen, which is expressed on the surface of human T cells. The BV510 fluorochrome is used for flow cytometric analysis.
2 protocols using anti human cd3 bv510
Isolation of Treg and non-Treg Subsets
Sorting Tregs and Non-Tregs from PBMC/SFMC
Antibodies used for sorting were: anti human CD3-BV510 (Biolegend, San Diego, California, United States), CD4-FITC (eBioscience, Frankfurt am Main, Germany), CD25-PE/Cy7 (BD), CD127-AF647 (Biolegend). To check for FOXP3 expression of the sorted populations anti human FOXP3-eF450 (eBioscience) was used.
About PubCompare
Our mission is to provide scientists with the largest repository of trustworthy protocols and intelligent analytical tools, thereby offering them extensive information to design robust protocols aimed at minimizing the risk of failures.
We believe that the most crucial aspect is to grant scientists access to a wide range of reliable sources and new useful tools that surpass human capabilities.
However, we trust in allowing scientists to determine how to construct their own protocols based on this information, as they are the experts in their field.
