Epitope mapping of vaccine-induced antibody was performed by using a CelluSpots peptide array (CelluSpots™ COVID19_HullB:98.301, Intavis), according to the manufacturer's instructions. After blocking the membrane with PBS containing 5% skim milk for 1 h at RT, diluted serum samples (1:10) were added and incubated overnight at 4 °C. The next day, the membrane was washed with PBS-T and then incubated with HRP-conjugated anti-Rat IgG (1:1000; NA935, GE healthcare) for 1 h at RT. After membrane washing, spots were developed by Chemi-Lumi One L (07,889–70, Nacalai Tesque). Signals were detected with a ChemiDoc Touch Imaging System (Bio-Rad) and analyzed with Image Lab software version 6.0.1 (Bio-Rad).
