Synthesis and Characterization of CS-mPEG Conjugates

Succinic anhydride (SA), 4-dimethylaminopyridine, N-hydroxysuccinimide (NHS), and 1-ethyl-3-(3-dimethylaminopropyl) carbodiim-ide hydrochloride and dichloromethane were obtained from Shanghai Titan Chemical Co (Shanghai, People’s Republic of China). MTX was obtained from Zibo Panxin Pharm & Chemical Co. Ltd. (Zibo, People’s Republic of China).
