Nkg2a pe clone z199

Manufactured by Beckman Coulter

The NKG2A PE (clone Z199) is a flow cytometry reagent that is used to detect the expression of the NKG2A receptor on the surface of natural killer (NK) cells and a subset of T cells. The NKG2A receptor is an inhibitory receptor that plays a role in the regulation of the immune response.

PBMCs were thawed and stained with a cocktail of antibodies including CD3 Alexa Fluor 700 (clone SP34-2, BD Pharmingen), CD4 Brilliant Violet 605 (clone OKT4, BioLegend), CD8 Brilliant Violet 785 (clone RPA-T8, BioLegend), CD14 Pacific Blue (clone M5E2, BD Pharmingen), CD16 phycoerythrin (PE)-Cy7 (clone 3G8, BD Pharmingen), CD20 fluorescein isothiocyanate (FITC) (clone 2H7, BD Pharmingen), NKG2A PE (clone Z199, Beckman Coulter), and LIVE/DEAD Aqua viability dye (Life Technologies) to differentiate lymphocyte populations. The stained cells were analyzed and sorted using a BD FACS Aria II, producing pure bulk populations of CD4+ T cells, CD8+ T cells, NK cells, and B cells. The gating strategy is shown in fig. S1.

About PubCompare

Our mission is to provide scientists with the largest repository of trustworthy protocols and intelligent analytical tools, thereby offering them extensive information to design robust protocols aimed at minimizing the risk of failures.

We believe that the most crucial aspect is to grant scientists access to a wide range of reliable sources and new useful tools that surpass human capabilities.

However, we trust in allowing scientists to determine how to construct their own protocols based on this information, as they are the experts in their field.
