Cellular Fractionation and Western Blot Analysis

Antibodies used for flow cytometry are described in S2 Table. Cells were analyzed on a FACSCanto II flow cytometer using FlowJo software (Tree Star Inc.). Protein from whole cell lysate (total protein), nuclear fraction and cytoplasmic fraction was purified using NE-PER nuclear and cytoplasmic extraction reagents (Thermo Fisher).
