1

Effect of Dietary Interventions on Metabolic Markers

Check if the same lab product or an alternative is used in the 5 most similar protocols
All values are expressed as Mean ± SD. Comparisons among all groups were evaluated using One-way ANOVA or t-test by IBM SPSS Statistics 26 for Mac (IBM, Endicott, New York, USA), and p < 0.05 was considered to be statistically significant.

Optimization of Cell Culture Conditions

Check if the same lab product or an alternative is used in the 5 most similar protocols
All experiments were performed in triplicates and values are expressed as Mean ± standard deviation (SD). Comparisons among all groups were evaluated using One-way ANOVA or t-test by IBM SPSS Statistics 26 for Mac (IBM, Endicott, New York, USA), and p < 0.05 was considered to be statistically significant.

Transgender Surgical Outcome Comparison

Check if the same lab product or an alternative is used in the 5 most similar protocols
To eliminate the risk of missing patients, two registries were used to identify the individuals, including a centralized operation database (Orbit) and an internal patient registry (Take Care) for all transgender patients treated at Karolinska University Hospital during January 1, 2009–December 31, 2018. Demographic characteristics, comorbidities, implant attributes, and surgical techniques were compared to identify any differences in surgical outcome. Multivariable regression analysis was used to control for confounders. Analysis was performed using a combination of descriptive statistics and the Fisher exact test for discrete variable comparison. Results are presented as odds ratios with 95% confidence intervals. Analyses were conducted with IBM SPSS Statistics 26 for Mac (IBM Corp., Somers N.Y.) software, and logistic regression analyses were performed using SAS version 9.4 (SAS Institute Inc., Cary, N.C.).
The regional ethical review board in Stockholm, Sweden, approved the study (reference number 2015/2225-31).

About PubCompare

Our mission is to provide scientists with the largest repository of trustworthy protocols and intelligent analytical tools, thereby offering them extensive information to design robust protocols aimed at minimizing the risk of failures.

We believe that the most crucial aspect is to grant scientists access to a wide range of reliable sources and new useful tools that surpass human capabilities.

However, we trust in allowing scientists to determine how to construct their own protocols based on this information, as they are the experts in their field.
