Immunostaining of FFPE Tissue Sections

FFPE tissues were sectioned at a 5-micron thickness and stained as previously described.(11 (link)) Antibodies used are: rabbit anti-KRT5, mouse anti-KRT5, mouse anti-PTBP3, rabbit anti-c-myc (Abcam); mouse anti-CEACAM5 (ProMab Biotechnologies Inc); rabbit anti-SLC2A1 (Alpha Diagnostic International); anti-rabbit Cy3, anti-mouse Alexafluor 647, anti-mouse Cy3, anti-rabbit Alexafluor 647 (Jackson ImmunoResearch). Immunostained tissues were visualized on an Axiocam system (Zeiss), and images were taken using the Axiovision software.
