(Shanghai, China).

Synthesis of Redox-Active Materials

Ferric nitrate nonahydrate (Fe(NO3)3ยท9H2O), glycerol, isopropyl alcohol, absolute ethanol, polyethylene glycol (PEG 20000), nitric acid (HNO3), sulfuric acid (H2SO4), potassium permanganate (KMnO4), hydrogen peroxide (H2O2), sulphur powder and graphite powder were bought from Macklin.
