Vanillin, ferric chloride, ferric ammonium sulfate were purchased from from Vetec Química (São Paulo, Brazil). Fluorescein, ammonium sulfate, sodium acetate and sodium chloride were purchased from Ecibra (São Paulo, Brazil). 6-hydroxy-2,5,7,8-tetramethylchroman-2-carboxylic acid was purchased from Acros Organics (Belgium). Monobasic and dibasic sodium phosphate, sodium carbonate, hydrochloric acid, and formic acid were purchased from LabSynth (Diadema, Brazil). LC grade methanol was purchased from JT Baker (Center valley, PA, USA). Tannic acid was purchased from Ajinomoto OmniChem Division (Wetteren, Belgium). The enzymes cellulase and pectinase were obtained from Prozyn (São Paulo, Brazil). Gallic acid, catechin, caffeic acid, procyanidin B2, transresveratrol, quercetin, rutin, Tannic acid, 2,2-diphenyl-1-picrylhydrazyl, 2,2′-Azobis(2-amidinopropane) dihydrochloride, 4,6-tripryridyl-s-triazine were purchased from Sigma-Aldrich, (St. Louis, MO, USA). The water used was produced from an ultrapure Milli-Q system (Merck Millipore, Darmstadt, Germany).
