Rid 20a uv detector

Manufactured by Shimadzu
Sourced in Japan

The RID-20A UV detector is a laboratory instrument used to detect and quantify the presence of various compounds in a sample. It operates by measuring the absorption of ultraviolet (UV) light by the sample, which can provide information about the chemical composition of the sample. The RID-20A is designed to be a compact and reliable tool for use in analytical chemistry and related fields.

NMR data were collected in Bruker ARX-400 and ARX-600 spectrometers, and TMS was used as the internal standard. HR-ESI-MS spectrum was recorded in m/z (rel. %) mode by Bruker micro TOF-Q mass spectrometer. Silica gel used in the experiment was purchased from Qingdao Ocean Chemical Group Co. of China. HPLC separations were carried out on Shimadzu HPLC apparatus (Shimadzu RID-20A UV detector and Shimadzu LC-6AD series pumping system) with a YMC-pack ODS column (250 × 20 mm). Primary antibodies against Bcl-2, Bax, caspase 3 and cleaved caspase-3; Dimethyl sulfoxide (DMSO), thiazolyl blue (MTT), CDCl3, DMSO-d6 and Pyridine-d5 were afforded by Sigma-Aldrich Company (St. Louis, MO, USA). Cyclophosphamide (CTX) was ordered from HengRui Medicinal Limited Compony (Jiangsu, China). Sodium chloride injection (Batch No. 100232) was bought from Collen Cornell pharmaceutical compony (Jilin, China). DDP was purchase from Sigma-Aldrich Company (St. Louis, MO, USA). RPMI-1640 medium was purchased from GIBCO (NY, U.S.A.)

NMR spectra were recorded on Bruker ARX-400 and 600 M AVIII spectrometers (Berlin, Germany), using TMS as an internal standard. Silica gel (200–300 mesh) for chromatography was produced by Qingdao Ocean Chemical Group (Qingdao, China). Optical rotations were measured using MCP 200 polarimeter from Anton Paar GmbH (Graz, Austria). ODS (50 µm) for column chromatography was afforded by YMC Co., Ltd. (Tokyo, Japan). HPLC separations were performed on a YMC-pack Prep-ODS-A column (250 mm × 20 mm, 5 μm) equipped with a Shimadzu RID-20A UV detector and a Shimadzu LC-6AD series pumping system (Tokyo, Japan). Dimethyl sulfoxide (DMSO), 3-(4,5-dimethylthiazol-2-yl)-2,5-diphenyltetrazolium bromide (MTT), CDCl3, DMSO‑d6 and CD3OD were obtained from Sigma-Aldrich Company (St. Louis, MO, USA). All the chromatographic and analytical grade reagents were obtained from Tianjin DaMao Chemical Company (Tianjin, China). ML385 was purchased from Sellek (Houston, USA).

About PubCompare

Our mission is to provide scientists with the largest repository of trustworthy protocols and intelligent analytical tools, thereby offering them extensive information to design robust protocols aimed at minimizing the risk of failures.

We believe that the most crucial aspect is to grant scientists access to a wide range of reliable sources and new useful tools that surpass human capabilities.

However, we trust in allowing scientists to determine how to construct their own protocols based on this information, as they are the experts in their field.
