Synapt uplc esi qtof

Manufactured by Waters Corporation

The SYNAPT UPLC-ESI-qTOF is a high-performance liquid chromatography-mass spectrometry (LC-MS) system designed for the analysis of complex samples. It combines a UPLC (ultra-performance liquid chromatography) system with a quadrupole time-of-flight (qTOF) mass spectrometer equipped with an electrospray ionization (ESI) source. The system provides high-resolution, accurate-mass measurements for the identification and characterization of a wide range of analytes.

High resolution mass spectrometry was performed on either Agilent 6210 TOF LC/MS using ESI-MS, Waters SYNAPT UPLC-ESI-qTOF, or Waters RDa ESI-TOF. High performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) was performed on an Agilent 1200 Series equipped with a variable wavelength UVVis detector (λ = 220 nm) using Phenomenex Kinetix XB-C18 column (4.6 × 250 mm, 5 µm). Mass spectra were processed in Mestrenova (version 14.1).

Optical rotations were
measured on a Model 341 Polarimeter (PerkinElmer). Ultraviolet absorption
spectra were recorded on a Cary 300 UV–vis spectrophotometer
(Agilent Technologies). HR-ESI-MS and MS2 fragmentation
spectra were recorded on a SYNAPT UPLC-ESI-qTOF (Waters). NMR spectra
were measured on an AVANCE II 600 MHz spectrometer equipped with a
5 mm QNP cryoprobe (Bruker). MPLC (CombiFlash, Teledyne ISCO) was
carried out on RediSep Rf solid load cartridge (5 g, Teledyne ISCO).
HPLC separations were performed on either a Waters autopurification
system equipped with a SQ Detector 2 quadrupole MS detector or an
Agilent 1200 series HPLC equipped with a binary pump and a diode array
detector using either Synergi Fusion-RP or Kinetex XB-C18 columns
(Phenomenex).

About PubCompare

Our mission is to provide scientists with the largest repository of trustworthy protocols and intelligent analytical tools, thereby offering them extensive information to design robust protocols aimed at minimizing the risk of failures.

We believe that the most crucial aspect is to grant scientists access to a wide range of reliable sources and new useful tools that surpass human capabilities.

However, we trust in allowing scientists to determine how to construct their own protocols based on this information, as they are the experts in their field.
