The cells (Laboratory of Veterinary Pharmacology and Toxicology, Nanjing, China) were isolated from rooster.

Nuclear and Cytoplasmic Protein Extraction

The NE-PER TM Nuclear and Cytoplasmic Extraction Reagents kit (ThermoFisher, Waltham, MA, USA) was utilized to extract nuclear and cytosolic protein fractions.
