Immunoblot Analysis of Autophagy Proteins

Cell lysates were prepared as described previously (11 (link)) and analyzed using 4% to 12% or 10% NuPAGE gels resolved in MES (morpholineethanesulfonic acid) running buffer (Thermo Fisher Scientific).
