Cetuximab (2mg/ml; Genentech, South San Francisco, CA) was provided by the Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center Hospital Pharmacy. All chromatographic separations were performed on silica gel (SiO2; 60 Å, Scientific Absorbents Inc.). Tetrahydrofuran (THF) was distilled from a sodium benzophenone ketyl still prior to use.
