Dedicated elisa kit

Manufactured by MyBioSource
Sourced in United States

The Dedicated ELISA kit is a laboratory instrument used for enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) analysis. It is designed to perform sensitive and quantitative detection of specific analytes in a sample. The kit includes all the necessary components for conducting the ELISA procedure, such as pre-coated plates, detection antibodies, and substrates.

Gastric Erosion Analysis in Rats

Check if the same lab product or an alternative is used in the 5 most similar protocols
The macroscopic presence of gastric erosions/ulcers was examined by a gastroenterologist (N.A.-F.) immediately after euthanizing the rats. Thereafter, stomachs were frozen at −80 °C for further analysis. Upon defrosting, 100 mg of the gastric tissue (from the same zone) were homogenized as described above for the kidney (2.3.4) and mucosal PGE2 levels were determined using a specific ELISA kit (R&D Systems, Minneapolis, Minnesota). Possible blood loss (bleeding) was assessed by measuring blood hemoglobin levels and red blood cell count in the Hematology lab in SUMC, and plasma thromboxane A2 (TXA2) levels were determined using a dedicated ELISA kit (MyBioSource, San Diego, CA, USA).

Liver Apoptosis Protein Profiling

Check if the same lab product or an alternative is used in the 5 most similar protocols
The expression levels of Bcl-2 and caspase-3 proteins in liver homogenates were assessed using ELISA kits from Cusabio Technology LLC (TX, USA) according to the manufacturer’s protocol. Additionally, a dedicated ELISA kit (MyBioSource Inc., CA, USA) was used to measure the expression level of Bax in liver homogenate according to the manufacturer’s protocol.

About PubCompare

Our mission is to provide scientists with the largest repository of trustworthy protocols and intelligent analytical tools, thereby offering them extensive information to design robust protocols aimed at minimizing the risk of failures.

We believe that the most crucial aspect is to grant scientists access to a wide range of reliable sources and new useful tools that surpass human capabilities.

However, we trust in allowing scientists to determine how to construct their own protocols based on this information, as they are the experts in their field.
