Rabbit anti hdc

Cytospin slides were prepared from a bone marrow cell suspension (10⁵ cells/slide) with a cytospin centrifuge (Thermo Fisher Scientific, Waltham, MA). Each cytospin slide was fixed with 4% paraformaldehyde at room temperature for 10 min and then processed for immunostaining. Fluorescence was observed by a DM2500 LED (Leica Microsystems, Wetzlar, Germany) and SpinSR10 confocal imaging system (Olympus, Tokyo, Japan). The following antibodies were used: chicken anti-GFP (aves LABS Inc, Davis, CA; GFP-1010), rabbit anti-HDC (Abcam, Cambridge, UK; ab191091), DAPI (Thermo Fisher Scientific, Waltham, MA), Alexa488-conjugated donkey anti-chicken IgY (Jackson Immuno Research) and Alexa594-conjugated goat anti-rabbit IgG (Thermo Fisher Scientific, Waltham, MA).
