Anti ago2 and control igg

Manufactured by Merck Group
Sourced in United States

Anti-AGO2 and control IgG are laboratory reagents used in research applications. Anti-AGO2 is an antibody that specifically binds to the AGO2 protein, while the control IgG is a non-specific antibody used as a reference. These reagents are commonly used in experiments to study the functions and interactions of the AGO2 protein, which is involved in various cellular processes. The core function of these products is to provide tools for researchers to investigate the role of AGO2 in their areas of study.

DGUOK-AS1 and miR-204 Interaction

Check if the same lab product or an alternative is used in the 5 most similar protocols
The interaction among DGUOK-AS1 and miR-204 was detected using the Magna RIP RNA-Binding Protein Immunoprecipitation Kit (Millipore, USA). Anti-AGO2 and control IgG (Millipore, USA) were used as antibodies for RIP assay. The expression of specific molecules was detected using qRT-PCR.

Investigating lncRNA-miRNA Interaction

Check if the same lab product or an alternative is used in the 5 most similar protocols
We validated the relationship between lncRNA RP11‐89 and miR‐27A‐3p via a Magna RIP RNA‐Binding Protein Immunoprecipitation Kit (Millipore, USA). Anti‐AGO2 and control IgG (Millipore, USA) were utilized for the RIP assay, and we evaluate the coprecipitated RNAs via cDNA synthesis and qRT‐PCR.

RIP Assay for circFUT8 Enrichment

Check if the same lab product or an alternative is used in the 5 most similar protocols
The RIP assay was carried out using the Magna RIP RNA-Binding Protein Immunoprecipitation Kit (Millipore, Burlington, MA, USA) according to the manufacturer’s protocol. Briefly, anti-AGO2 and control IgG (Millipore, Burlington, MA, USA) were incubated with magnetic beads at room temperature for 30 min. Next, cells (1 × 107) were lysed in lysis buffer, and the cell lysate was conjugated to coated magnetic beads on a rotator at 4°C overnight. The beads were then washed, and the co-precipitated RNA was isolated using RNAiso Plus. The extracted RNA was examined by quantitative real-time PCR to investigate the enrichment of circFUT8.

About PubCompare

Our mission is to provide scientists with the largest repository of trustworthy protocols and intelligent analytical tools, thereby offering them extensive information to design robust protocols aimed at minimizing the risk of failures.

We believe that the most crucial aspect is to grant scientists access to a wide range of reliable sources and new useful tools that surpass human capabilities.

However, we trust in allowing scientists to determine how to construct their own protocols based on this information, as they are the experts in their field.
