Hsp90 inhibitor, the water-soluble 17-DMAG, was purchased from Sigma Aldrich.

Cycloheximide (CHX) was obtained from Calbiochem (San Diego, Calif., USA). Hydrogen peroxide (H2O2) was obtained from Merck (Darmstadt, Germany).
