Rabbit anti-HSV glycoprotein B and D (gB/gD) antibody was kindly provided by E. Tabares. Antibodies that recognized viral proteins gC and ICP4 were supplied by Abcam [anti-HSV1 gC Envelope Protein (3G9) and anti-HSV 1 ICP4 Immediate Early Protein [10F1]).
