Penicillin-streptomycin solution (x100) and FA-free bovine serum albumin (BSA) ( 30%) solution was also purchased from FUJIFILM Wako Pure Chemical Corporation. Dexametha-sone (Dex) , 3-isobutyl-1-methyl-xanthine (IBMX) and insulin were purchased from Merck KGaA (Darmstadt, Germany) . All the reagents used in this study were of analytical grade.
