Dulbecco s modified Eagle s medium (DMEM) was purchased from Nissui Pharmaceutical Co. Ltd. (Tokyo, Japan) . Fetal bovine serum (FBS) , Dominican Republic, was bought from Biosera (Nuaille, France) . Triglyceride (TG) E enzymatic assay kit was purchased from FUJIFILM Wako Pure Chemical Corporation (Osaka, Japan) . Penicillin-streptomycin solution (x100) and FA-free bovine serum albumin (BSA) ( 30％) solution was also purchased from FUJIFILM Wako Pure Chemical Corporation. Dexametha-sone (Dex) , 3-isobutyl-1-methyl-xanthine (IBMX) and insulin were purchased from Merck KGaA (Darmstadt, Germany) . All the reagents used in this study were of analytical grade.
