Quantification of H2O2, NO, and Calcium
The calcium content of the control and GhRbohD-silenced plants’ leaves were determined with a Calcium Colorimetric Assay Kit (Nanjing Jiancheng, Beijing, China). The samples’ absorbance was measured at 575 nm, and the concentrations of calcium were calculated based on the formula: C = Sa/Sv (Sa: amount of calcium in unknown sample (µg) from standard curve; Sv: sample volume (µL) added into the wells; C: concentration of calcium in sample). Three independent biological and technical repeats were performed.

About PubCompare
Our mission is to provide scientists with the largest repository of trustworthy protocols and intelligent analytical tools, thereby offering them extensive information to design robust protocols aimed at minimizing the risk of failures.
We believe that the most crucial aspect is to grant scientists access to a wide range of reliable sources and new useful tools that surpass human capabilities.
However, we trust in allowing scientists to determine how to construct their own protocols based on this information, as they are the experts in their field.
