Secondary antibodies used were from Jackson Immunoresearch: DyLight 549-coniugated AffiniPure Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG (1:250; 111-505-303); DyLight 488-coniugated AffiniPure Donkey Anti-mouse IgG (1:250; 715-485-150) and were used according to the manufacturer’s guidelines. Images were taken using an Axiovert 200M microscope (Zeiss).
