Antibodies for CD55 (NaM16-4D3) and CD90 (EPR3133) were purchased from Santa Cruz Biotechnology, INC. and Abcam, respectively. Sectioning of paraffin-embedded synovial tissue and immunofluorescent staining was performed by the Molecular Cytology Core Facility at Memorial Sloan-Kettering Cancer Center. The concentrations of CD55 and CD90 antibodies used were 2 µg/mL and 0.7 µg/mL, respectively.
