Phos-4EBP1 is a phosphosite-specific antibody that detects phosphorylation of Threonine 37 and Threonine 46 on the 4E-binding protein 1 (4EBP1) protein. 4EBP1 is a key regulator of protein synthesis and is phosphorylated by mTOR.
