Reactive oxygen species test kit

Luteolin (purity ≥98%) and Aβ_1-42 peptide were acquired from Sigma-Aldrich (St. Louis, MO, USA). Foetal Bovine Serum (FBS), DMEM high-glucose medium, B27 and antibiotics (penicillin and streptomycin) were obtained from Gibco (Grand Island, NY, USA). Superoxide dismutase (SOD) assay kit and malondialdehyde (MDA) assay kit were purchased from Nanjing Jiancheng Bioengineering Institute (Nanjing, China). Glutathione (GSH) test kit, Pierce BCA protein assay kit and reactive oxygen species (ROS) test kit were provided by Beyotime Biotechnology (Shanghai, China). GW9662 (PPARγ inhibitor) was purchased from MedChemExpress (Monmouth Junction, NJ, USA).

Poly (d,l-lactide-co-glycolide) COOH (IV = 0.55–0.65, 75/25) was purchased from Xi'an Ruixi Biotechnology Co. (Xi'an, China). DSPE-PEG₂₀₀₀-DBCO and NH₂-PEG₂₀₀₀-N₃ were purchased from AVT (Shanghai, China) Pharmaceutical Tech Co., Ltd. Ac4GalNAz (catalog number 1086-100) were purchased from Click Chemistry Tools (Scottsdale, USA). In vitro adipogenesis differentiation kit, in vitro osteogenesis differentiation kit and in vitro chondrogenesis differentiation kit were purchased from Chembio-engine (Shanghai, China). The hydrogen peroxide assay kit (catalog: S0038), Reactive oxygen species test kit (catalog: S0033S), and BeyoClick EdU assay kit (catalog: C0078L) were obtained from Beyotime Biotechnology (Shanghai, China). Rat TNF-α ELISA kit, rat IL-1β ELISA kit, and rat IL-6 ELISA kit were obtained from Shanghai Epizyme Biomedical Technology (Shanghai, China). Anti-NeuN antibody (catalog: ab177487) was obtained from Abcam (Shanghai, China). The other chemical reagents were obtained from Sinopharm Chemical Reagent Co. (Shanghai, China). Refrigerated centrifuge (Biofuge Stratos, Thermo, MA, USA).
All animals were treated in accordance with the Guide for the Care and Use of Laboratory Animals, approved by the Institutional Animal Care and Use Committee of Fudan University (approval number 2020-09-YJ-CJ-01).
