Typical human pancreatic cancer cell lines, PANC-1, MIAPaCa-2, and BXPC-3, were obtained from Procell Life Science and Technology (Wuhan, China) via certified short tandem repeat (STR) profiling. BXPC-3 cells were cultured in RPMI-1640 medium, while PANC-1 and MIAPaCa-2 cells were cultured in DMEM supplemented with 10% fetal bovine serum (FBS) (VivaCell, Shanghai, China) and 1% streptomycin/penicillin (Beyotime, China) at 37 °C and 5% CO₂.
