Quantification of mRNA Levels in Mice

Quantitative Expression Analysis of FGF Receptors

Cells were grown in 25 cm2 flasks to about 80% confluence and total RNA was extracted with the innuPREP RNA mini kit (Analytik Jena, Jena, Germany) according to the manufacturer´s instructions. Relative transcript levels were calculated as 2−ΔCt × 105 normalized to the two house-keeping genes GAPDH (Hs99999905m1) and beta-actin (Hs99999903m1).
