Electrochemical Synthesis of Polypyrrole

Lithium bis(trifluoromethanesulfonyl)imide (LiTFSI, 99:0%; Sigma-Aldrich). Fe(III) tosylate was received from H.C. Stark as a 55 wt % solution in n-butanol. Anhydrous iron III chloride was purchased from Acros, 3,4-ethylenedioxythiophene (EDOT) was purchased from AK Scientific. EDOT was doubly distilled under reduced pressure before use. All materials were used as received unless otherwise stated.
