Streptavidin coated beads 434341
Streptavidin-coated beads (434341) are a type of lab equipment used for various biomedical applications. They consist of magnetic beads coated with the protein streptavidin, which has a high affinity for the small molecule biotin. These beads can be used to capture and isolate biotinylated molecules, such as proteins, nucleic acids, or cells, from complex samples.

Biotin-labelled miR-2861 (3 μg) was incubated with streptavidin-coated beads (434341; Thermofisher Scientific) at 4 °C overnight. Then, streptavidin-coated beads were incubated with mesangial cell lysate at 4 °C for 12 h. RNAs bound by miR-2861 were purified with Trizol reagent (Takara, Shiga, Japan), and detected through qRT-PCR assay.
About PubCompare
Our mission is to provide scientists with the largest repository of trustworthy protocols and intelligent analytical tools, thereby offering them extensive information to design robust protocols aimed at minimizing the risk of failures.
We believe that the most crucial aspect is to grant scientists access to a wide range of reliable sources and new useful tools that surpass human capabilities.
However, we trust in allowing scientists to determine how to construct their own protocols based on this information, as they are the experts in their field.
