LPS was purchased from Sigma (St Louis, MO, USA). Antibodies to TNF-α, IL-1β, phosphorylated NF-κB p65, total NF-κB p65, phosphorylated IκBα, total IκBα and GAPDH were form Cell Signaling Technology (Beverly, MA, USA).
Fluorescein isothiocyanate (FITC)-conjugated anti-rabbit IgG was obtained from Molecular Probes (Eugene, OR, USA). Human IL-1β and TNF-α D r a f t enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) kits were from R&D Systems (Minneapolis, MN, USA). Cell Counting Kit 8 (CCK8) solution and NF-κB inhibitor, BAY11-7082 were from Beyotime (Shanghai, China). STS was dissolved in phosphate buffer saline (PBS) to obtain a 1 mg/mL stock solution.
About PubCompare
Our mission is to provide scientists with the largest repository of trustworthy protocols and intelligent analytical tools, thereby offering them extensive information to design robust protocols aimed at minimizing the risk of failures.
We believe that the most crucial aspect is to grant scientists access to a wide range of reliable sources and new useful tools that surpass human capabilities.
However, we trust in allowing scientists to determine how to construct their own protocols based on this information, as they are the experts in their field.
