Human il 6 elisa kit

Manufactured by Neobioscience
Sourced in China

The Human IL-6 ELISA kit is a quantitative sandwich enzyme immunoassay designed for the in vitro measurement of human interleukin-6 (IL-6) in serum, plasma, and cell culture supernatants. The kit utilizes a specific antibody coated on a microplate to capture IL-6 from the samples. A detection antibody conjugated with an enzyme is then used to quantify the captured IL-6 through a colorimetric reaction.

Check if the same lab product or an alternative is used in the 5 most similar protocols
After GES-1 cells were stimulated with 200 μM DCA for 15 min and then incubated in normal medium for 24 hours of recovery, the concentrations of IL-6, CXCL8 and IL-11 in the supernatant were determined with a Human IL-6 ELISA kit (NeoBioscience cat. EHC007), a Human CXCL8 ELISA kit (NeoBioscience cat. EHC008) and a Human IL-11 ELISA kit (NeoBioscience cat. EHC128.48) according to the manufacturer’s instructions.

SCC25 and FaDu cells were seeded into six-well plate and treated for 24 and 48 hours, respectively. The supernatants were collected and centrifuged under 2000 × g for 10 minutes to eliminate cell debris. Human IL-1β ELISA kit, Human IL6 ELISA kit, Human IL8 ELISA kit (NeoBioscience, Guangdong, China), and Human HMGB1 ELISA kit (Telenbiotech, Guangzhou, China) were used to detect the concentration of indicated molecules following the manufacture’s instruction.

ELISA analysis on culture medium of melanoma cells or the blood serum of mice after indicated treatment was performed using the Human IL-6 ELISA Kit (Neobioscience, EHC007.96), Human TNF-α ELISA Kit (Neobioscience, EHC103a.96), Human MIG/CXCL9 ELISA Kit (Neobioscience, EHC114.96), Human IP-10/CXCL10 ELISA Kit (Neobioscience, EHC157.96), Human I-TAC/CXCL11 ELISA Kit (Neobioscience, EHC084.96), Mouse TNF-α ELISA Kit (Elabscience, E-MSEL-M0002), Mouse IL-2 ELISA Kit (Elabscience, E-MSEL-M0036), Mouse IL-6 ELISA Kit (Elabscience, E-EL-M0044c), Mouse ELISA Kit MIG/CXCL9 ELISA Kit (Elabscience, E-EL-M3077), Mouse IP-10/CXCL10 ELISA Kit (Elabscience, E-EL-M0021c), Mouse I-TAC/CXCL11 ELISA Kit (Elabscience, E-EL-M0056c) and Mouse HMGB-1 ELISA Kit (Elabscience, E-EL-M0676c) according to the manufacturer’s instructions. The absorbance (A450 nm) was measured with a plate reader (Bio-Rad). The ELISA result was normalized by cell counting of the attached live cells after harvesting the supernatants.

Cytokine Levels Quantification by ELISA

Check if the same lab product or an alternative is used in the 5 most similar protocols
The supernatants of different groups were collected and the levels of inflammatory cytokines were tested using human IL-1β enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) kit (Jianglai, Shanghai, China), human TNF-α ELISA kit (Jianglai, Shanghai, China) and human IL-6 ELISA kit (Neobioscience, Shenzhen, China) according to manufacturers' protocols. The absorbance at 450 nm was measured by Infinite 200Pro microplate reader (Tecan ® , Austria). All the experiments were performed in triplicate.

About PubCompare

Our mission is to provide scientists with the largest repository of trustworthy protocols and intelligent analytical tools, thereby offering them extensive information to design robust protocols aimed at minimizing the risk of failures.

We believe that the most crucial aspect is to grant scientists access to a wide range of reliable sources and new useful tools that surpass human capabilities.

However, we trust in allowing scientists to determine how to construct their own protocols based on this information, as they are the experts in their field.
