Eos 200d

Manufactured by Canon
Sourced in Japan

The Canon EOS 200D is a digital single-lens reflex (DSLR) camera. It features a 24.2-megapixel APS-C CMOS sensor, DIGIC 7 image processor, and a 3-inch vari-angle touchscreen LCD. The camera supports Full HD 1080p video recording at up to 60 frames per second.

Facial Photo Recruitment Protocol

Check if the same lab product or an alternative is used in the 5 most similar protocols
Seventy six patients will be recruited through hospital outpatient clinics, advertisements on the hospital's social media (WeChat), and leaflets displayed by community service centers. The recruitment will provide a phone number so that potential patients can contact the researchers. The dermatologist will screen patients who meet the inclusion and exclusion criteria and use a digital camera (Canon EOS 200D) to take facial photos. The study assistant will be responsible for providing study information, such as the objectives, interventions, duration, benefits, and risks. Agreed to participate in the study patients will sign informed consent. The confidentiality of information recorded by patients will be protected.

Field Paprika Image Dataset for Agricultural AI

Check if the same lab product or an alternative is used in the 5 most similar protocols
Paprika images were collected from several farms across Jeonju-si District, Jeollabuk-do, Republic of Korea, during the growing season 2019. The data acquisition was carried out using a 24.1-megapixel Canon EOS 200D-based platform with a CMOS sensor. All the images contain diverse background artifacts as well as other objects found in the field. Moreover, images captured during different time periods, under varying lightings and weather conditions, would help to make data more generalized and representative of real-field scenarios. Overall, our collected dataset has the following characteristics:
Following the above protocol, we acquired 6,000 raw images. The images were saved in JPEG format at a high resolution, to avoid being limited in available resolution at subsequent processing stages.

Rehydration of Desiccated Riccia Plants

Check if the same lab product or an alternative is used in the 5 most similar protocols
Desiccated R. canescens plants were taken out of silica gel for rehydration treatments and immediately transferred to glass Petri dishes (20 cm diameter) containing 100 mL of sterile deionized water. The plants were then placed in a culture room at 25 ± 1 °C, 50–60% humidity, and a photoperiod of 12 h light/12 h dark. The plants were photographed with a digital camera (EOS 200D, Canon, Japan) just before rehydration and after initiation of rehydration at 1 min, 3 min, 6 min, 15 min, 30 min, 45 min, 1 h, 3 h, 6 h, 12 h, 1 d, 3 d, and 6 d; the samples were also collected at each time point for further analysis and labeled as R0min, R1min, R3min, R6min, R15min, R30min, R45min, R1h, R3h, R6h, R12h, R1d, R3d, and R6d, respectively. Water content and relative water content (RWC) were determined for whole plants. For other analyses, the green tender parts containing stems with leaves of R. canescens gametophytes were excised from the base, frozen in liquid nitrogen, and stored at –80 °C.

Comprehensive Periodontal Assessment and Documentation

Check if the same lab product or an alternative is used in the 5 most similar protocols
Potential patients were informed about study conditions. All patients received careful periodontal examinations, including the assessment of supra- and subgingival plaque, gingivitis, probing depth, followed by oral hygiene instructions and, if indicated, periodontal therapy. The clinical cases were documented preoperatively, during the surgery, and postoperatively with full-HD pictures (camera: Canon EOS 200D, Japan; macro ring flash lite system: Meike MK-14EXT; macro lens 105 mm: Sigma F2.8 EX DG OS HSM, Japan).

Strawberry Image Dataset from Korean Farms

Check if the same lab product or an alternative is used in the 5 most similar protocols
Strawberry images were collected from several strawberry farms across Jeonju-si District, Jeollabuk-do, Republic of Korea during the growing season (2019). All the strawberry farms adopted a hedgerow planting system (Strawberry, 2020 ) as shown in Figure 3. The data acquisition was carried out at a distance of 40 cm, using a 24.1 MPx Canon EOS-200D-based platform with a CMOS sensor. We chose this distance so that the device could capture sufficiently large scenery for processing, and at this distance ASH would be able to perform suitable target searching and harvesting. During different time periods and under varying weather and lighting conditions, we acquired 1500 images. Images were stored in the JPEG format and all had a resolution of 6288 × 4056 pixels. We stored the data in high resolution to avoid being limited in available resolution at later processing stages.

Potato Cultivar Greening Assessment

Check if the same lab product or an alternative is used in the 5 most similar protocols
The photos of representative potato tubers from both 'Atlantic' and 'Trent' potato cultivars were acquired by a Canon digital camera (EOS 200D, Tokyo, Japan) at the six different greening stages with three-week intervals, after peeling a portion of peripheral 10 mm tissue to show the extent of greening. The average data obtained from the color measurements, total Chls, and total GAs were then matched to the corresponding photo at each stage based on correlation coefficients of color values and Chls content vs. total GAs.

About PubCompare

Our mission is to provide scientists with the largest repository of trustworthy protocols and intelligent analytical tools, thereby offering them extensive information to design robust protocols aimed at minimizing the risk of failures.

We believe that the most crucial aspect is to grant scientists access to a wide range of reliable sources and new useful tools that surpass human capabilities.

However, we trust in allowing scientists to determine how to construct their own protocols based on this information, as they are the experts in their field.
