Anti mouse rabbit second antibody for western blot

α-SMA (7817), collagen I (34710), TGF-β1 (92486), AR (74272), CYP19 (18995), ERα (32063), ERβ (288), GPER (39742), and Lox (174316) antibodies were purchased from Abcam (Cambridge, UK). Gαi (5290), P-AKT (4060), AKT (4685), P-MDM2 (3521), ERK1/2 (4695), P-ERK1/2 (4370), GAPDH (2118), β-actin (3700), and β-tubulin (2128) antibodies were purchased from Cell Signaling Technology (Boston, MA, USA). SRD5A2 (SAB2105567) and HIF-1α (SAB5200017) antibodies, estradiol, dihydrotestosterone, cycloheximide, and MG132 were purchased from Sigma–Aldrich (Darmstadt, Germany). Anti-mouse/rabbit second antibody for western blot was from Invitrogen. G1, G15, AG1478, SCH772984, and PTX were purchased from Cayman (Ann Arbor, MI, USA).

Cells were lysed in RIPA buffer and proteins (20 μg) were separated on 10–12% SDS/PAGE gel and then transferred onto PVDF membranes (Millipore, Billerica, MA). After blocking membranes, they were incubated with appropriate dilutions (1:1000) of specific primary antibodies. The blots were incubated with HRP-conjugated secondary antibodies and visualized using ECL system (Thermo Fisher Scientific, Rochester, NY), Anti-mouse/rabbit second antibody for Western Blot was from Invitrogen.

ARv7 antibodies were purchased from Abcam and GAPDH (6c5) antibodies were purchased from Santa Cruz Biotechnology. Anti mouse/rabbit second antibody for Western Blot and Lipofectamine 3000 transfection reagent were purchased from Invitrogen.

Anti-GAPDH and anti-ERβ antibodies were purchased from Santa Cruz Biotechnology (CA, USA). Anti-MMP9, anti-E-cadherin, anti-Snail, anti-Twist and anti-MCP1 (CCL2) antibodies were from Abcam (MA, USA). Anti-CK18, anti-N-cadherin and anti-Vimentin antibodies were from Cell Signaling Technology (Boston, MA USA). Anti-mouse/rabbit second antibody for western blot was from Invitrogen (Carlsbad, CA, USA). CCR2 antagonist was purchased from Santa Cruz Biotechnology and was adjusted to a final concentration of 20 nM. Human CCL2 (MCP-1) recombinant protein was purchased from Affymetrix eBioscience (Santa Clara, CA, USA) and was adjusted to a final concentration of 10 nM. MMP9 inhibitor was purchased from ABGen and was adjusted to a final concentration of 5 μg/ml.

GAPDH (6c5), AR (N-20) and YBX1 antibodies were purchased from Santa Cruz Biotechnology. CD24, CD133, and SOX2 antibodies were purchased from One World Lab. Anti-mouse/rabbit second antibody for Western Blot was from Invitrogen. Normal rabbit IgG was also from Santa Cruz Biotechnology.
