ZIKV Protein Expression Analysis

Cells were induced with doxycycline for 24 hours and then were stained
with sera or primary antibodies against ZIKV for 1 hour at 4°C and
subsequently stained with Allophycocyanin (APC)-conjugated goat anti-mouse IgG

anti-human IgG (H+L) antibody (Jackson ImmunoResearch Laboratory: #109-136-098),
