Methanol uplc grade

Manufactured by Merck Group
Sourced in Germany

Methanol (UPLC-grade) is a high-purity solvent used in ultra-performance liquid chromatography (UPLC) applications. It is a colorless, volatile, and flammable liquid with a characteristic odor. The UPLC-grade designation indicates that the methanol meets the stringent purity and quality requirements for UPLC instrumentation and analysis.

AFB1 (2,3,6α,9α-tetrahydro-4-methoxycyclopenta [c] furo [3 ,2 :4,5] furo [2,3-h] [ 1] benzopyran-1,11-dione; C 17 H 12 O 6 ) standard with purity above 99% was purchased from Romer Labs Inc. (Singapore) . Ultrapure water was produced using a Millipore-Q SP reagent water system (Millipore, Bedford, MA, USA) . Acetonitrile (UPLC grade) , methanol (UPLC grade) , formic acid (UPLC grade) , and the other chemicals were obtained from Merck (Merck KGaA, Germany) . Ten peanut oil samples (2.0 L) were obtained from the Guangxi Youqing Miyi Technology Co., Ltd. (Guangxi, China) . These samples were labeled as S1-S10 (S1: Myanmar; S2: Hubei, China; S3: Henan, China; S4: Quang Ninh, Vietnam; S5: Lang Son, Vietnam; S6: Henan, China; S7: Cao Bang, Vietnam; S8: Henan, China; S9: Hubei, China; S10: South Africa) .

The previously obtained strains Sphingopyxis sp. m6, recombinant mlrA-HMBP-pET28a/BL21, and HMBP-pET28a/BL21 were investigated in this study [37 (link)]. Standard NOD (C41H60N8O10, ≥95% purity) purchased from APExBIO (Houston, USA) was dissolved in methanol at a concentration of 100 mg/L and stored at −20 °C. The mineral salt medium (MSM) was used as an essential component of the experimental systems. The real-time quantitative polymerase chain reaction (RT-qPCR) kit was supplied by TaKaRa (Kusatsu, Japan). Trifluoroacetic acid (Sinopharm Chemical Reagent Co., Ltd. Shanghai, China) and HPLC-grade methanol (TEDIA Co., Fairfield, OH, USA) were applied to the liquid phase. UPLC grade methanol (Merck KGaA, Darmstadt, Germany) and formic acid (Fisher Scientific, Shanghai, China) were used for mass spectrometry.

About PubCompare

Our mission is to provide scientists with the largest repository of trustworthy protocols and intelligent analytical tools, thereby offering them extensive information to design robust protocols aimed at minimizing the risk of failures.

We believe that the most crucial aspect is to grant scientists access to a wide range of reliable sources and new useful tools that surpass human capabilities.

However, we trust in allowing scientists to determine how to construct their own protocols based on this information, as they are the experts in their field.
