Anti lc3 polyclonal antibody

Cells were seeded on 96-well plates at a density of 5 × 10³ cells per well. Cisplatin was added to cells at a final concentration of 20 mM and incubated at 37°C, 5% CO₂ for 24 h. Then cells were incubated in drug-free medium for an additional 0, 24, 48, and 72 h, respectively. Cell viability after cisplatin treatment was assessed by CCK-8 kit (Dojindo, Tokyo, Japan). Briefly, 10 µl of CCK-8 (5 mg/ml) solution was added to each well for 30 min, and absorbance was measured at 450 nm using a Microplate Reader. The cell viability in each group was expressed as a percentage of that in control cells. The assay was repeated three times. Meanwhile, the protein expression levels of LC3 I/II and Beclin 1 were detected by Western blotting using anti-Beclin 1 polyclonal antibody (Epitomics) and anti-LC3 polyclonal antibody (Abcam).
