Il 37
IL-37 is a recombinant human protein that functions as an interleukin. It is used for research purposes in life sciences laboratories.
6 protocols using il 37
Quantification of Inflammatory Markers
Quantification of Plasma IL-37 Levels
Plasma Cytokine Quantification by ELISA
Quantification of IL-18, IL-37, and IL-18BP
Antibody Sourcing for Protein Analysis
β-Actin antibody was purchased from Santa Cruz Biotechnology (Dallas, Texas, USA), and HRP-conjugated rabbit anti-human IgG was purchased from Jackson ImmunoResearch (West Grove, PA, USA); ICAM-1 and IL-18 antibody were purchased from Abcam (Cambridge, MA, USA). IL-37 was purchased from Adipogen AG, Liestal, Switzerland, IL-18 from MBL, Nagoya, Japan, IL-18BP from RayBiotech, Norcross GA, USA, and hs-CRP from Elisa Biotech (Shanghai, China).
Serum Cytokine Levels in Inflammatory Conditions
Specific enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) kits were used to measure serum IL-10 (Biolegend, San Diego, CA, USA) and IL-37 (Adipogen, Liestal, Switzerland) according the manufacturer’s protocols. Each sample was tested in duplicate. Where multiple samples over time were available, a TAM IL-10 or IL-37 concentration was calculated46 (link). Any samples that exceeded the upper limit of the standard curve was subsequently diluted in PBS with 1% BSA and re-tested.
About PubCompare
Our mission is to provide scientists with the largest repository of trustworthy protocols and intelligent analytical tools, thereby offering them extensive information to design robust protocols aimed at minimizing the risk of failures.
We believe that the most crucial aspect is to grant scientists access to a wide range of reliable sources and new useful tools that surpass human capabilities.
However, we trust in allowing scientists to determine how to construct their own protocols based on this information, as they are the experts in their field.
