For detection of acetylated-GRP78 and the GRP78:PERK protein complex immunoprecipitation (IP) was performed as previously described on 4×107 OCI-Ly10 cells (9 (link)). Densitometry analysis was performed on scanned images using the ImageJ software (NIH) (27 (link)).
