Malondialdehyde (MDA), Superoxide dismutase (SOD), Glutathione peroxidase (GSH-PX), Alanine transaminase (ALT), Aspartate transaminase (AST), and lactate dehydrogenase (LDH) assay kits were obtained from Nanjing Jiancheng Bioengineering Institute (Nanjing, China) and Beijing Solarbio Science & Technology Co., Ltd. (Beijing, China). Cell Counting Kit-8 (CCK-8) was obtained from Beyotime Institute of Biotechnology (Shanghai, China). Anti-Cleaved caspase3 antibody (clone 5A1E) was purchased from Cell Signaling Technology (Shanghai, China). Anti-NLRP3 antibody (#A5652) was purchased from Abclonal (Wuhan, China). Anti-Caspase1 antibody (clone 14F468) was purchased from Santa cruz (Shanghai, China). Anti-PPAR-α antibody (#ab24509) was purchased from Abcam (Shanghai, China). Antibodies against Bax (#50599-2-Ig), Bcl-2 (#12789-1-AP), Nrf-2 (#16396-1-AP), HO-1 (#10701-1-AP), β-actin (clone 2D4H5) and GAPDH (clone 1E6D9) were purchased from Proteintech (Wuhan, China). HRP-conjugated goat anti-rabbit and goat anti-mouse antibodies were obtained from Proteintech (Wuhan, China).

DMEM, RPMI 1640, and Opti-MEM medium were purchased from Thermo Fisher Scientific (Waltham, MA, USA). Fetal bovine serum, Hoechst 33342, propidiumiodide (PI), penicillin G sodium salt, lipopolysaccharide (LPS), Freund’s complete adjuvant, and chicken type II collagen were obtained from Merck (Darmstadt, Germany). Antibodies against NLRP3, GSDMD, caspase-1, NF-κB, and p-NF-κB were obtained from Cell Signaling Technology (Danvers, MA, USA). Antibodies against Tubulin, STING, p-STING, F4/80, and γ-H2AX were obtained From Abcam (Cambridge, United Kingdom). Mouse IL-1β and IL-18 uncoated ELISA kits were purchased from Thermos Fisher Scientific (Waltham, MA, USA). Lactate dehydrogenase (LDH) assay kits were obtained from Nanjing Jiancheng Bioengineering Institute (Nanjing, China). TRIzol reagent, PrimeScript RT Reagent Kit with gDNA Eraser, Effectene Transfection Reagent, and SYBR Premix Ex TaqII were obtained from Vazyme (Nanjing, China). CCCP and JSH-23 were purchased from MCE (New Jersey, USA). Human or mouse PBMC separation medium were obtained from Solarbio (Beijing, China).

Malvidin (Mv) and 3‐(4,5‐dimethylthiazol‐2yl‐)‐2,5‐diphenyl tetrazolium bromide (MTT) were bought from Sigma. Fetal bovine serum (FBS) and Dulbecco's modified Eagle's medium (DMEM) were bought from GIBCO. Bicinchoninic acid (BCA), Malondialdehyde (MDA), Superoxide dismutase (SOD), reduced glutathione (GSH)/oxidized glutathione disulfide (GSSG), and lactate dehydrogenase (LDH) assay kits were bought from Jiancheng Bioengineering Institute (Nanjing, China). Hoechst 33258 dye and 2′,7′‐dichlorofluorescin diacetate (DCFH‐DA) detection kit were bought from Beyotime Institute of Biotechnology (Haimeng, China). Annexin V/PI apoptosis kit was bought from MultiSciences Biotech Co., Ltd. The Electro‐Chemi‐Luminescence (ECL) chemiluminescence reagent was bought from Pierce Biotechnology Inc. All the reagents or chemicals were in analytical grade.
