Pe conjugated anti mouse human cd11b antibody

Manufactured by BioLegend

The PE conjugated anti-mouse/human CD11b antibody is a laboratory reagent used in flow cytometry and other immunoassays. It binds to the CD11b cell surface antigen, which is expressed on various immune cells such as monocytes, macrophages, and neutrophils. The PE fluorescent label allows for the detection and quantification of CD11b-positive cells.

Flow Cytometry Analysis of CD11b Expression

Check if the same lab product or an alternative is used in the 5 most similar protocols
For flow cytometry analysis, the cells were washed twice with PBS, and 100-µl aliquots of the cell suspensions were protected from light and incubated with 10 µl of a PE-conjugated mouse anti-human CD11b antibody (BioLegend, San Diego, CA) for 60 min at room temperature. Isotype-matched PE-conjugated mouse IgG (BioLegend) antibody was used as a negative control. After the incubation, the samples were applied to a MACSQuant Analyzer (Miltenyi Biotec, Bergisch Gladbach, Germany). The mean fluorescence intensity (MFI) was calculated by subtracting the value of the mean fluorescence channel of the respective isotype control from the value obtained from the sample incubated with the specific antibody.

CD11b Expression Analysis by FCM

Check if the same lab product or an alternative is used in the 5 most similar protocols
For FCM analysis, approximately 2–3×105 cells were washed with PBS, and 30 μl aliquots of the cell suspensions were protected from light and incubated with 1 μl of a phycoerythrin (PE)-conjugated mouse anti-human CD11b antibody (BioLegend, San Diego, CA) for 30 min at room temperature. An isotype-matched PE-conjugated mouse IgG (BioLegend) antibody was used as a negative control. After incubation, the samples were analyzed on an LSR Fortessa X-20 Flow cytometer (BD Biosciences, San Jose, CA).

About PubCompare

Our mission is to provide scientists with the largest repository of trustworthy protocols and intelligent analytical tools, thereby offering them extensive information to design robust protocols aimed at minimizing the risk of failures.

We believe that the most crucial aspect is to grant scientists access to a wide range of reliable sources and new useful tools that surpass human capabilities.

However, we trust in allowing scientists to determine how to construct their own protocols based on this information, as they are the experts in their field.
