Expose rb specific hrp dab detection ihc kit

Manufactured by Abcam

The Expose Rb-Specific HRP/DAB Detection IHC Kit is a reagent kit designed for immunohistochemical (IHC) detection of rabbit-derived primary antibodies in biological samples. The kit utilizes horseradish peroxidase (HRP) enzyme and 3,3'-diaminobenzidine (DAB) chromogen to visualize the target antigen.

Immunohistochemical Analysis of Mouse Liver

Check if the same lab product or an alternative is used in the 5 most similar protocols
Formalin-fixed, paraffin-embedded mouse liver tissue sections were incubated with rabbit anti-mouse cytokeratin-7 (CK-7) and Gal-3. Sections were visualized by rabbit-specific conjugate (Expose Rb-Specific HRP/DAB Detection IHC Kit; Abcam), and mouse-specific conjugate (Expose Ms-Specific HRP/DAB Detection IHC Kit; Abcam) and photomicrographed with a digital camera mounted on light microscope (Olympus BX51).

Immunohistochemical Analysis of Apoptosis and NF-κB Activation in Lung Tissue

Check if the same lab product or an alternative is used in the 5 most similar protocols
Deparaffinized paraffin sections of lung tissue were incubated with primary rabbit antibodies specific for the active form of caspase-3 (NB100-56113, Novus Biologicals) and phosphorylated NF-κB (ab131109 Abcam, Cambridge, UK). Histological sections were visualized using a rabbit detection kit (Expose Rb-Specific HRP/DAB Detection IHC Kit; Abcam) antibodies. The sections were photographed with a digital camera on a light microscope (Olympus BX51). Ten fields per cross-section (magnification 400×) were analyzed and the average number of positive tumor cells relative to the total number of tumor cells per cross-section was detected.

About PubCompare

Our mission is to provide scientists with the largest repository of trustworthy protocols and intelligent analytical tools, thereby offering them extensive information to design robust protocols aimed at minimizing the risk of failures.

We believe that the most crucial aspect is to grant scientists access to a wide range of reliable sources and new useful tools that surpass human capabilities.

However, we trust in allowing scientists to determine how to construct their own protocols based on this information, as they are the experts in their field.
