C57BL/6J (stock #00664), PF4-iCre (stock #008535), Syk^fl/fl (stock # 017309) and ROSA26iDTR (stock #007900) were purchased from the Jackson Laboratory (JAX). C57BL/6-Ly5.1 (CD45.1, stock #564) was purchased from Charles River Laboratories. Mice were allowed to adjust to housing in the MSKCC vivarium for one week. Age-matched, sex-matched, and/or littermate controls were used for experiments as appropriate. Animals were euthanized by either pentobarbital injection or CO₂ per IACUC guidelines.
