Cd90 5e10 pe

Manufactured by BioLegend
Sourced in United States

CD90 (5E10) PE is a fluorescently-labeled monoclonal antibody that specifically binds to the CD90 (Thy-1) cell surface antigen. CD90 is a glycosylphosphatidylinositol-anchored glycoprotein that is expressed on various cell types, including T cells, hematopoietic stem cells, and fibroblasts. The PE (phycoerythrin) fluorescent label allows for the detection and analysis of CD90-positive cells using flow cytometry.

Immunophenotyping of Expanded Hematopoietic Stem and Progenitor Cells

Check if the same lab product or an alternative is used in the 5 most similar protocols
The immunophenotype of isolated and expanded HSPC was analyzed by flow cytometry. Briefly, cells were washed with PBS and viability was evaluated using a Far Red Fixable Dead Cell Stain Kit (Thermo Fisher Scientific). Afterward, cells were surface stained using previously titrated CD45RA (HI100) FITC (BD Biosciences), CD90 (5E10) PE (BioLegend) and CD34 (8G12) PerCP-Cy5.5 (BD Biosciences). Stained cells were acquired on a FACSCalibur™ cytometer (BD Biosciences). Data was analyzed using FlowJo v10 software (FlowJo LLC, Ashland, OR, USA).

HSPC Viability and Surface Markers

Check if the same lab product or an alternative is used in the 5 most similar protocols
HSPC before and after expansion (days 0 and 7, respectively) were firstly incubated with Far Red LIVE/DEAD Fixable Dead Cell Stain Kit (Thermo Fisher Scientific) to assess cell viability and then surface stained with the following anti-human antibodies: CD34 (8G12) PerCP-Cy5.5, CD41α (HIP8) PE (BD Pharmingen, USA); CD90 (5E10) PE, CD7 (CD7-6B7) FITC, CD14 (M5E2) FITC, CD15 (HI98) PE, and CD33 (WM53) PE (BioLegend, USA). Cells were acquired on a FACSCalibur flow cytometer (BD Biosciences, USA), and data was analyzed using FlowJo v10 software (FlowJo LLC, USA).

About PubCompare

Our mission is to provide scientists with the largest repository of trustworthy protocols and intelligent analytical tools, thereby offering them extensive information to design robust protocols aimed at minimizing the risk of failures.

We believe that the most crucial aspect is to grant scientists access to a wide range of reliable sources and new useful tools that surpass human capabilities.

However, we trust in allowing scientists to determine how to construct their own protocols based on this information, as they are the experts in their field.
