(JM72) mouse monoclonal (1:500); Secondary Fluorescence AK: Invitrogen AF488 anti-rabbit (1:250), Dako Diagnostics anti-rat Ig HRP (1:100), Southern Biotech anti-mouse IgG1 HRP (1:100), followed by tyramide-TRITC (1:50), PerkinElmer.
The samples were studied with a conventional fluorescence microscope and a confocal laser-scanning microscope Leica DMRBE or DMRE.
