1H and 13C NMR spectra were recorded on a Jeol ECS 400 (400 MHz for 1H, 101 MHz for 13C) at ambient temperature. Chemical shifts are reported relative to residual solvent peaks and coupling constants (J) are given in hertz. High-resolution ESI mass spectra were recorded on a Bruker microTOF electrospray mass spectrometer. Infrared (IR) spectra were recorded on a PerkinElmer Spectrum Two (ATIR). Analytical HPLC measurements were performed on a Shimadzu HPLC system (Prominence) equipped with a LC-20AD pump, SIL-20A autosampler, DGU-20AS degasser, CTO-20AC column oven, CBM-20A communication bus module and SPD-M20A diode array detector using an Athena C18-WP column (100 Å, 4.6 × 250 mm, 5 μm). Eluent gradient: 5–95% MeCN/H2O with a 0.1% formic acid modifier, over 15 minutes.

NMR spectra were recorded on Jeol EX and ES 400 MHz instruments. 1 H experiments were run at 399.78 MHz. 13 C experiments were run at 100.53 MHz and were proton decoupled. Positive and negative ion electrospray ionisation mass spectrometry (ESI-MS) was performed on a Bruker microTOF electrospray mass spectrometer. Elemental analysis was performed on an Exeter CE-440 elemental analyser. Infrared (ATIR) spectra were recorded on a Perkin Elmer FT-IR spectrum two spectrophotometer at ambient temperature. Melting points were determined using a Stuart Scientific SMP3 melting point apparatus. Specific rotation was recorded on a Jasco DIP-370 digital polarimeter. Fluorescence spectra were recorded on a Hitachi F-4500 fluorescence spectrophotometer at ambient temperature. Electronic absorption spectra were recorded on a Shimadzu UV-1800 spectrophotometer at ambient temperature. Circular dichroism was performed on a Jasco J810 CD spectropolarimeter at 20 °C under a constant flow of nitrogen.

About PubCompare

Our mission is to provide scientists with the largest repository of trustworthy protocols and intelligent analytical tools, thereby offering them extensive information to design robust protocols aimed at minimizing the risk of failures.

We believe that the most crucial aspect is to grant scientists access to a wide range of reliable sources and new useful tools that surpass human capabilities.

However, we trust in allowing scientists to determine how to construct their own protocols based on this information, as they are the experts in their field.
